We recently pitched a story about our client ARC Holding, Inc. and their new headquarters to the Waco Tribune-Herald. ARC made the somewhat risky decision to take an auto body shop built in the 1930’s and repurpose it into their new headquarters. It was truly a labor of love and patience as Mike Daniel will tell anyone who asks about the renovation. Through innovative vision, Mike and his team took the former 1930’s auto body shop and converted it into an “industrial-chic” office space. Daniel retained some of the aspects of the auto shop but incorporated elements that reflect the essence of their business portfolio. Business growth and changes in Waco, Texas particularly in the downtown area are bringing fresh and interesting stories to its citizens.
