If you think “Fixer Upper” is popular with HGTV fans, residents in the Gaines’ hometown of Waco love hearing the behind-the-scenes scoop regarding anything Chip and Joanna. As the general contractor chosen for the renovation of Magnolia Market in 2016, Pearson Construction‘s local and regional credibility continues to grow through a variety of marketing channels.
What was once an abandoned, graffiti-covered mill silo is now the number-one tourist destination in Texas. Fans and followers of HGTV’s hit show “Fixer Upper,” are coming from all over the world to this formerly trash-filled eyesore, and all thanks to the vision of “Fixer Uppers” Chip and Joanna Gains, and the work completed by Pearson Construction.

The Silos at Magnolia Market, which were once an eyesore to the locals, are now a main attraction since Pearson Construction finished the project in October 2015.
We pitched and secured Pearson CEO Scott Pearson speaking engagements at Waco area Lion’s Clubs and Rotary Clubs’ luncheons complete with an accompanying presentation of behind-the-scenes at Magnolia Market. We also wrote the blurb that club organizers sent to members to persuade attendance.
What construction company would take on the challenge of a project where every detail would be critiqued by the Joanna Gaines? On top of Joanna’s discerning eye, the construction project would be videotaped for millions of TV viewers to watch.
