To serve our growing client base and maintain a high level of service, we have expanded our team with three newly created positions.
The expanded team is expert at client service and will develop and execute successful digital and traditional marketing campaigns for clients. These new roles report to Liz Anderson, agency founder/owner.
Copywriter and account manager, Courtney Clark supports local and national accounts. She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism with an emphasis in public relations from Baylor University.
Paula Floeck brings 32 years of business experience as an account manager for a small number of clients and as operations manager. She has worked for large, national corporations and small business, working in roles as an environmental scientist, project manager, portfolio manager, and vice president of asset management.
We are also celebrating our 15 year anniversary.
“When I started the agency in 2002, I was a one-person shop, and my goal was to serve my clients the very best I could,” said Liz Anderson. “Today, I expect the same of my team, and I feel certain Paula and Courtney will do that.”
Anderson says revenues have increased by 35 percent from 2016 through referrals as well as digital marketing of the agency. Several of the clients have been on retainer for more than ten years.
We purposely focus on our core competency — telling a story through the marketing channel(s) that will reach the desired, targeted audience.
Anderson says she partners with local and Texas-based marketing agencies who specialize in graphic design and web development.
We plan to hire full-time video producer by the end of the year.
