The account specialist is responsible for assisting with client service and will deliver digital and traditional marketing services within the timeframe of the retainer agreement and will build/maintain strong, long-term client relationships. He/she will also provide administrative and marketing activities for client marketing campaigns; work collaboratively with the creative team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master of client service
- Fluent in WordPress, SEO, iOS, Google suite of apps, Dropbox
- Creative social media management growing followers and engagement
- Passionate about marketing, current events and always looking to learn
- Video shooting and/or editing a plus
- Excellent listener, note-taker/follow-up, on-time, works efficiently and organized
Pay is $35,000 – $50,000 based on experience; bonuses paid too. Nine paid holidays off work including your birthday. We work hard and expect top-notch service for our clients.
